Solo III Voluntary Recall Submission Form

Arizer has initiated a voluntary safety recall affecting select Arizer Solo III portable electronic vaporizers sold or replaced under warranty between May 29, 2025 and January 21, 2026.

This recall is being conducted following a limited number of reports involving battery thermal events, including reports of battery venting or ignition. While no injuries or significant property damage have been reported, Arizer is proceeding out of an abundance of caution to help ensure customer safety.

This recall applies only to Solo III Intergalactic Black units with serial numbers beginning with one of the following prefixes.

What Happens Next

Once we receive and review your submission:

  • Our team will verify your eligibility based on the affected serial number ranges and information provided. If additional information is required, we will contact you directly by email.
  • If your unit is confirmed eligible, you will be instructed to mark your device with ‘RECALLED’ and provide a proof image with serial number for verification. Please do not mark or dispose of your device unless instructed to do so.

  • Once verified, you will receive instructions to dispose of your device in accordance with applicable local hazardous waste, electronic waste, or battery disposal regulations. After disposal has been completed and confirmed, your replacement Solo III unit will be processed and shipped.
