A: Heater has a Lifetime Warranty, Two years Parts and Labour on the Heating Unit.

Q: Will it work on 110/220V?
A: Yes, the power supply works on both 110/220V for worldwide use.
 

Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?

Q: Do you offer Express Shipping?
A: Yes.  If you order an Extreme, express shipping is free.  On all parts and acessories, you have the option of choosing express shipping or regular shipping. 

Q: Does the product meet UL, CSA, CE Standards.
A: Yes.
 

Q: How strong are the Glass Parts.
A: The glass is the very strongest borosilicate glass available.
 

Q: Is the Remote Control included?
A: Yes.
 

Q: Can the blue base lights be turned off?
A: Yes, (it’s a good idea to turn off the light when using the battery)
 

Q: Is the battery pack included.
A: The battery pack is an optional accessory.
 

Q: Does the outside of the unit get hot.
A: It’s high grade ‘dual wall’ stainless steel - cool to touch.
 

Q: Can I operate the unit without the remote control?
A: Yes
 

Q: Is there an Auto Shut off Timer?

Q: Can I operate the unit with or without the fan?
A: Yes, with the Fan Off, or On - settings 1,2 or 3.
